We have two individuals with vastly different issues with aggression and assaults in their background, yet, in both cases, assaults happen. In a previous marriage, my wife worked for a cell phone franchise operation (not a retail chain). A policy on how they paid was a huge issue that we faced. If you sold a cell phone, you made $60, to be paid at the end of the month, on top of the roughly minimum wage you made while working. However, if a customer broke their 2 year contract within 6 months, you would lose your commission. The issue that caused was you could get a $60 commission in January, but then lose it 5 months after you were paid for it. If/when that happened, they took it out of the month's commission bonus that you earned. For example, if you sold two phones in April, but 3 people from January broke their contracts, you owed $60 at the end of April, taken out of your hourly wages you earned. A policy like that, led to many issue for my family at the time, (and later, my brother's family when his wife took the same kind of job despite the warnings)
