We just publish or annual list of the 100 best companies to work for. And once again, publics makes an appearance on our list. It comes in this year at number 67 and it's been on every year for the past 19 years, working at a supermarket. I mean, to people who really want to work there their entire lives and went down to Florida to find out I worked in a store for five days alongside the associates to find out exactly what's making them love working at Publix. My name is Alex Diaz and I've been republics now for 18 years. My name is very OKC. I had been working for Publics a little over five years subjects almost eight years now, 19 years. I also have my tickets work, It was me or below publics are 31 years, 38 years. We have 201 associates with more than 40 years still working at Publix. We have 13 associates with more than 45 years and believe it or not, we have one associate with more than 50 years of service when you make people filled wanted somewhere, which is what we do at public supermarkets, I think it makes it a little bit easier for them to enjoy working here. My favorite play that crazy this down to the public. There's a lot of benefits to it. Like in the stock. It's crazy. I can't tell you how much y star manager have. Well, he had the money. We also get dividends are on our shares of stock. We get about four times a year. Every quarter or company is employee owned or the largest in the country. If they can afford to buy the stock, will give it to only publics, associates combine stocks or the success is based on us. And the more successful it is, the more money goes into our pocket. When you went from probably something that you really selling. I hope that we've given them a call or we are in the most positive way you can imagine, we kind of are anybody that passionate about something has to have a little bit of crazy among you, devote your whole time, everything you have to publish. Our company and our business is a night and weekend business. You kinda gotta have a servant's heart. There's things that they value more to date and they've ever valued before in one of those because their time say we have to continue to look and see how we can still meet the customer's demands, but also make sure that we don't lose sight of the fact that our associates have a family and our associates need to make sure that there life is balanced as well. I think it's impossible for anyone to really grasp. It doesn't work republics or markets. The fact that we do treat our associates as the most important asset that we have.
