We know that ethical problems exist in organizations and that much of this comes from managers asking employees to engage in unethical behavior. What can be done to stem this problem? Ethical statements and reporting programs do not seem to be working. What would you do to design a more ethical workplace, and what structural factors would you identify to help promote more ethical leadership?
