We learn that the case study project team had regular meetings with stakeholders, applying the simple and effective plan do check-act (PDCA) model is one way of improving the project meeting process ensuring that efficient and effective meetings are conducted(Kloppenborg,2015:130). Demostrate how the PDCA model could have been used effectively to improve the meetings.
