We live in interesting times during the Coronavirus pandemic.Everything is different, strange, unique -- including marketing strategies.
For this week our discussion will be around Covid-related changes in advertising strategy. The pandemic has forced people largely indoors, making media choices like billboards, bus shelters, benches, etc. ineffective. It has also forced companies and brands to alter the way they communicate to their consumers; you are now seeing more advertisements about "no-contact" delivery, for example.
Please find and show us (screenshot, jpg, link, video, etc.):
1) an example of an advertisement from a company/brand that has changed their advertising strategy due to the pandemic.
2) Describe the change inmedia strategy(for example, did they go from billboards to online? why?)
3) Then try and explain what you think the brand'smain strategic objectivewas for the campaign that you chose. (for example, Tim Hortons is currently communicating to consumers that they can return to Tim Hortons no matter what they look like and expect a safe and welcoming environment)
