There are four sections to the Article Review:

1. Briefly describe the business situation the author is writing about (using the author's name) that the company or workers are facing, and what they are doing about it. Summarize the main points of the article.

2. Assess the situation as you see it. What are the key management/leadership issues?

3. Make a direct link to our course reading, citing the specific article. You are to apply something in our course reading to the article and state how the theory or contents apply or don't apply to the situation. State how the specific course reading helps you better understand the situation.

4. Then state your opinion of the actions taken, how they are supported in our course literature or not supported, and what you would do if you were the manager (As the manager, I would...).
