[Other people as my fellow citizens means that the relationship between citizens in a democratic country is fundamentally based on the rights of every individual to be treated equally. Every individual has the same rights and obligations as a citizen. This principle is known as equality. "Fellow" contains one and the same meaning. This means that each person is one and at least can be traced to three facts namely other people have the same potential as me, like I am a unique person, other people are also a unique person and I and others are both interdependent with each other. This equality is not only based on the rights and obligations of every citizen who has the same value, but also based on the recognition of human rights.]
