We think that dogs that go through an obedience class when they are puppies will be less aggressive than dogs that do not go through

We think that dogs that go through an obedience class when they are puppies will be less aggressive than dogs that do not go through an obedience class when they are puppies. In order to test this claim, we recruit 98 dogs. We enroll half of them in obedience classes at 6 months old and do not give the other half any obedience training. After 3.5 years, we look to see the average number of aggressive behaviors reported by the dog's adoptive families and compare those averages between the groups. We find that dogs that were enrolled in obedience classes as puppies had an average of 52 reported aggressive behaviors over 3.5 years, with a sample SS of 1820, while dogs that were not enrolled in obedience classes as puppies had an average of 61 reported aggressive behaviors over 3.5 years, with a sample SS of 2210. Using an alpha-level of 0.05, test the claim that dogs enrolled in obedience classes will have a different number of aggressive behaviors reported than dogs that were not enrolled in obedience classes. In your report, be sure to include: Definitions of the two populations in question and research hypotheses Critical value(s) (including total df) Calculations for your test statistic Decision regarding the null Conclusion in context
