Some cons of using the median for measure of central tendency are that they do not account for all the observations. There are also limited mathematical calculation and it's not used in some statistical tests. The mean is great for normal distributions unlike the median which is better for skewed. It includes all the data as the part of the calculation. The cons of using mean is that it is susceptible to outliers which is what we covered on Zoom in our last class. This is why the median is a better measure of central tendency
