Weaknesses

$-$ Communication: I have poor social skills and do not like directly communicating with people which can lead to friction and strife within teams I lead and also lead to directives not being effectively communicated and things potentially being missed.

$-$ Overcommitment: I can become easily overwhelmed if the amount of taskers on hand gets out of control and this will cause me to start rushing things and making errors which can just create more issues in the long term
