WEEK 1 ASSIGNMENT: THE BUSINESS ENVIROMENT Students are required to work in a group of 6 to 8. For this assignment, you are going to look at the importance of ethics in today's organizations. You will choose an organization that you are familiar with that has been in the news for unethical practices. This can be a company where you are aware of that has been accused of being unethical. In regard to that company you will elaborate on the following: 1.0. Introduction Provide an overview of the organization, explain the industry in which the organization operates, provide a brief history of the organization, and discuss the product(s) or service(s) this organization sells. 2.0. Company's Unethical Business Practices 2.1 Find any articles regarding this company's unethical business practices, describe who was involved, what, if anything, what are the company's response to these accusations.
