Past Assignment 1 :

You must create abrief movie that provides an in-depth analysis and overview of a single subject relevant to the literature on open innovation. The course coordinator will present a list of these important ideas after Week 1, and you must select one.

Past assignment 2:

You must critically examine open innovation initiatives in a case study organisation with a project team of 4-6 individuals, and you must create recommendations that will help open innovation be implemented successfully in that industry. You must give an oral presentation (maximum 15 minutes) that is backed by a digital presentation (such as Power Point, Canva, or Prezi). The executive team of the case study organisation is the intended audience.

You may utilise the Critical reflection template (DIEP), but in general, you might think about using the framework listed below for your self-reflection report. Keep in mind that it should have TWO independent parts, namely: 1) your own learning from the course; and 2) the experience of working as a team.

1. Introduction:

B) Reflection on the Experience:

This is the core of your report. Reflect on the experience by answering questions such as:

• What went well and what could have been done differently?
• How have these experiences shaped your understanding of the concepts of the course?

C) Analysis and Critical Thinking:

Analyse your course experiences and behaviour. To complement your analysis, make use of the theoretical concepts covered in the course readings. Think back on the theory you used in practise. This demonstrates your capacity for critical reflection on your choices and knowledge.

D) Personal Development and Future Learning:

Discuss what the experience has taught you in terms of personal and academic development. Answer questions such as:

• How have you grown from this experience?
• What skills have you developed or improved?
• How will this experience influence your future behavior, decisions, or actions?
• What steps will you take to further improve these skills and knowledge?
