Week 14 Classwork - Analysis of the following 2 Cases:

Case 1: Cattani, age 19, made a contract with Fisher, who operated an employment agency, by which the agency was to obtain a job for her. Fisher's agency obtained a job for Cattani. She agreed to pay a total fee of $146.25 and paid $45 on account. After one month she resigned the job because it was unsatisfactory and promptly notified the agency that she disaffirmed her contract. The agency sued her for $101.25.

Determine the outcome of the case with clear explanation as to why that outcome

Case 2: Dozier and his wife, daughter, and grandson lived in the house Dozier owned. At the request of the daughter and grandson, Paschall made some improvements to the house. Dozier did not authorize these, but he knew the improvements were being made and did not object to them. Paschall sued Dozier for the reasonable value of the improvements. Dozier defended on the ground that he had not made any contract for such improvements.

Determine the outcome of the case and state what type of contract, if any, would have emerged from the work.
