Week 2: Organizational Behavior Audit Company Selection/Interviewees/Questions Over the coming weeks, you will begin working on the course project for MGMT321, which contains 4 parts and is a significant portion of your overall grade. Access the individual weeks for details and requirements as necessary. The course project for the MGMT321 project consists of 4 parts. . Week 2: Project Part 1 - Organizational Behavior Audit Company Selection/Interviewees/Questions - Assignment Rubric o Week 4: Project Part 2 - Organizational Behavior Audit Interview Notes - Assignment Rubric o Week 6: Project Part 3 - Organizational Behavior Audit Draft Poster . Week 7: Project Part 4 - Organizational Behavior Audit Final Poster (RAA) - Assignment Rubric A critical component of the course project is Part 1. While there are only 10 points associated with this deliverable, completing this task is necessary in order to complete the other parts of the project. For this assignment you will need to select an organization with at least 10 employees and arrange to interview 3 employees who have a good amount of experience. Use the MGMT321 Organizational Behavior Audit Template (linked below) to guide your interviews. Note: The template may be downloaded to your device by opening the "view only" Google Document and selecting File>Download as> Microsoft Word (.docx). You will need to seek permission to interview, make appointments and to have conducted most of your interviews by the middle of Week 2 and all of them no later than Week 4 so that you have enough time to analyze the information you obtain and complete the Final Poster in Week 7. The draft for your poster will be submitted in Week 6. The sooner you get started on your project the better. The poster will highlight the company, the root problem/challenge uncovered through your interviews, provide alternatives to address root problem/challenge and provide a recommendation including timetable and resources needed. The information will be presented in the format of a poster (which could be an infographic or any poster application). The first part of the project is the company selection. This memo to your instructor will launch the project, by submitting a company name for approval, interviewee names, and interview questions. You will use this company to create your draft poster in Week 6 and final poster in Week 7. You will also provide your interview notes in Week 4. Memo Contents: 1. Select a company that you are familiar with and have access to personnel who can fill out a survey and/or who you can interview to gather information on their experience as an employee (you will follow the Organizational Behavior Audit Template) 2. Conduct a brief round of preliminary research (Google search is fine at this stage) to learn more about the company selected (you will need to research the company background, mission, number of employees etc. for Part 2 of the project) 3. Identify the names of interviewees and provide schedule for interviews 4. Provide list of questions that will be used as part of the interviews (questions will come from the Organizational Behavior Audit Template, questions will come from each of the categories)
