Reflect on the readings and videos to answer 1 of 3 discussion questions:

1. 1. 1. In developing workgroups, leaders emerge to carry crucial roles in the evolution of structure. Each leader performs characteristic functions throughout the life of the workgroup, particularly making explicit the phase-specific group issues requiring group resolution. How do servant leadership practices play a role in team effectiveness?
      2. Compare and contrast two stages of group development. Which stage do you find most difficult for groups to be in? Explain.
      3. We are faced today with the increasing pace of change. Very little is sustainable over the long term, and times even the short term. Why are successful companies less likely to change? What should companies do in order to make organizational change part of their culture?
