Please share your experience and thoughts regarding job satisfaction and job motivation by discussing 1 of the following:

1. Describe a time when you felt truly motivated at your job. What made you feel that way? Consider the groups and leaders with which you were engaged, the work environment, and internal and external motivation factors in your response. What role(s) did they play in your motivation?

or:

1. What would your dream job look like in terms of job motivation? Would you prefer to work remotely or on-site? What pay will you expect and how frequently will you expect a raise? Would you expect the job to be challenging, stressful, or otherwise demanding based on your expectations for job motivation? If you were to get everything you desired, do you feel that you will still be satisfied and motivated five years later?
