1) Identify and describe the exceptions to the general rule that most contract rights are assignable.

2) Identify and describe the different type of beneficiaries to a contract. Describe the circumstances under which a third party can enforce a contract? When can they not?

3) Identify and describe in detail each of the ways that parties to a contract may agree to give it up.

4) Identify and describe the different categories of deceptive acts and practices pursuant to the Federal Trade Commission; and provide examples of at least three of the prohibited acts or practices.

5) Identify and describe in detail the different types of wills; and list the requirements in order for a will to be deemed valid.

6) Identify and describe the four major ethical perspectives and theories. Which do you believe is the most appropriate in today's society and why? Explain in detail.
