Week of April 24 - Part 2 - Create your plan. Using your research, you will decide how to best create your Sales and Incentive Plan using the 10 tips you listed in your assignment above. Your plan will be for a retail sales team in whatever specialty you desire. You must specify your specialty such as Clothing Store, Food Industry, Sporting Goods Store, Car Dealership, Bank, Investment Firm, etc. Be sure to include realistic goals and specific incentives for goal attainment. Remember it is important to define your target market and consider this when creating your plan. You must justify your plan to your boss (me), so be sure to include information from your research to support your plan. This inust be complete and should be in memo report format and 4-5 pages long.
