Chris calls Nancy into his office to relay the corporate quality objectives that total quality costs will not exceed 10% of total revenues by plant under any circumstances. 4.) Prepare a memo from Nancy to Chris in good form outlining her work on the two options and discussing the advantages and disadvantages of each option.
