Wet natural gas, CH4 containing 0.2w t of water enters the bottom of an absorber T101 at a rate of 3,300kg/hr. A liquid solvent stream containing 195kg/he Tri-Ethylene Glycol (TEG) and 5.725kg/hr of water is fed into the side of T-101 near the top. T-101 operates at 500psia and 32 deg C. The gas rises inside T-101, counter-current to TEG that flows down by gravity. In the process, TEG absorbs the water present in the natural gas. The dried gas containing 0.02wt$ of water then leaves the top of T-101. The solvent leaving T-101 bottom contains all the TEG-water mixture fed to the column plus all the water absorbed from the natural gas. This then goes to a distillation column, T-201, to recover the TEG. The vapor from the top of T-201 is cooled from 70 to 45 deg C in condenser, E 201, and partially recycled (reflux) back to the column top. The balance stream is the overhead product contains only 125kg/day water. A reboiler, E-202 is used to provide the heat input for the distillation process, by heating the TEG stream (from 82 to 93C ) that exit from the bottom of the column. The vapor stream from the reboiler is recycled back (reflux) to T-201 near the bottom, while the liquid portion of this bottom stream from the reboiler is recycled via pump (P.201) to the top of T-101 joining the solvent feed stream, after being cooled by another cooler, E-203. Draw a neat Process Flow Diagram (PFD) with stream table for the above description. Question 3 Template
