We've all heard about Apple's product announcements, from Steve Jobs' "oh, and one more thing" endings onward. This time your company is following the launch day presentation model (it's a part of your integrated marketing communications plan, the other project). But here it's the message you're delivering to the public, your distributors, the press, etc. in a public venue.
All you have to do here is deliver the presentation. You'll want to work out the script, at least as an outline, and to determine which team members are presenting what.
