What a great meeting that was! It was so interesting to learn about the changes in the work landscape and how we can address those. I understand the overall vision; however, I am confused on how to get there. I want to make sure that I understand it clearly so that I can help ensure the locations are trending in the right way and I can explain it to my staff. Can you share with me two to three approaches that we are looking at as an organization, both short and long term, regarding our talent management challenges?
