What advice would you give Eric to help him make his decision?

ERIC: PART FOUR During Eric's follow-up meeting with his manager, they agreed on some adjustments to improve his morale. Since then, he has been working from home more often. This change has allowed him to begin using several strategies to better manage his stress and negative emotions. Before and after work, he exercises and makes himself a healthy meal. Rather than turning to donuts when he is bored, Eric takes his dog for a walk. The increased flexibility in his working hours means that he is able to drive his aging Alto Images mother to her doctor's appointments and attend his nephew's soccer games. Eric's daily work tasks have not changed, but he does have an important choice to make about his future. He has been offered a new job that would increase his salary but require him to move thousands of miles away from his family. When he shared this dilemma with his family, his sister immediately congratulated him on his new salary and asked when he was moving. His cousin, however, told him that he should make a list of the pros and cons of each job and make his decision based on which job had the greatest number of "pros." His uncle joked that he should "flip a coin" to decide. Eric's mother, though, encouraged him to not think about which job will be best but which job will help him live his best life.
