What am I trying to accomplish?

My goals have always been to advocate for nurses and patients alike. I believe that through ensuring staff satisfaction, patient satisfaction will be improved.

Activities that foster this goal include fostering an all-inclusive environment that values innovative, creative equality. This allows nurses to interact with leaders in a meaningful manner to be heard and included in the culture.

The purpose would be to allow an environment of open communication and collaboration among each team member. To cultivate purposeful relationships that lead to positive interrelationships.

Intent to build relationships and communication allow each team member to feel valued and ascertain a sense of importance. In this environment, a safe, holistic environment for patient care practices can be established to increase patient satisfaction.

A safe, efficient, and holistic environment promotes quality of care provisions. Said quality increases a sense of purpose among team members.

My purpose would be as a liaison between patients, bedside care staff, and higher management. As the interface between each, my purpose would be to foster relationships that are agreeable to all parties.

What larger purpose may eliminate the need to achieve this smaller purpose altogether?

Creating an environment in which each individual is equally important to sustaining a culture that is dedicated to improving quality relations and enhances commitment to common goals.
