Our Next Energy (ONE), a battery manufacturer from Michigan, has developed a new battery technology. On December 17, 2021, they successfully tested Gemini 001, a 2021 Tesla Model S body powered by ONE energy storage technology for a world record 752 miles in real-world conditions. Gemini 001 maintained an average speed of 55 mph throughout the journey without needing to be recharged.
