What are some of the processes in your professional, personal or academic life that can be managed differently? How so? What would you expect this new approach's outcomes to be?

Please note this answer should be from the point of view of an older American woman in the U.S. South who has never had a job outside of the home. This person is active in church communities and volunteer work though.
