• Prepare and consolidate financial statements
• Manage controls around the accounting system
• Manage all aspects of daily accounting: A/P, A/R, vendor management, sales tax

*compliance, bank reconciliations

• Control and manage daily cash activities and treasury functions
• Provide monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting as needed
• Research accounting issues for compliance with GAAP
• Analyze and report cost variances
• Serve as the liaison to external auditors and parent company accounting team
• Ensure efficiencies across the accounting function
• Manage the recording of complex transactions
