What are the advantages or disadvantages of working in an employment scenario (where you are in a contract with your employer directly) or in a Laboure scenario (where you are a member of a union)? 

That is, compare both scenarios, and detail the differences in each situation if you had conflict with your boss/owner and needed to address it (how would you go about it, what are the differences in each situation, what are the advantages or disadvantages in each scenario).
