Case study

In a design office, workers are asked to design a product for company x according to certain parameters. All designers strive to achieve the goal, but while everyone stays up late and does their best to win the project, there is a worker whose job is becoming lighter since he has people working for him, all designing what he wants. I had to do it in the first instance. As time goes by, the company's workers begin to realize what is happening and that it makes the students doing internships or their own students think about what is their responsibility. This is not bad, it's just that the credits, praise and awards go to them all, while the rest of the company's designers prefer to let things fall by their own weight; They do not want to accuse the worker so as not to have problems, since accusing someone seems like a childish situation, but everyone is aware of the situation.

The situation became even more unsustainable, because the worker did not even hide what was happening, but rather did it in front of everyone's noses. It seemed that he enjoyed this situation, because somehow with less work he was above his colleagues, which allowed him to feel like the most intelligent, the most skilled, and paradoxically his bosses recognized him as the most professional in the company. .

The designers in the office felt overwhelmed because this character was getting all the applause and was not being honest with himself or his other colleagues. However, the attitude of everyone in the company was to continue working, trying to ignore the situation, but with the hope that life would do justice to them and to the students and practitioners exploited by this character. Speaking would mean creating a bad atmosphere in the office and silence would allow for more abuse.
