What are the duties of an authorized person upon and after the cessation of business? 

i. Maintain records until delivery of funds and assets can take place. 

ii. Provide the clients with statements of assets and funds. 

iii. Copy the Registrar with the notice and statement. 

iv. Notify the Registrar once the transfer of funds and assets have taken place.
