What are the issues with this will?

• Kylie has been married to her estranged husband James since 1996. Kylie and James have 3 children: A aged 22, B aged 17 and C aged 8.
• When you asked Kylie about whether she has a Will, her response was 'Yes, in 2018 I done a Will at home. James said that if I didn't sign a Will leaving everything to him, then he would leave me.
• Although I wanted to leave everything to my kids, I signed the Will the way he wanted it, so I could try and save my marriage and make him happy.
• I didn't see a solicitor.
• James kept my original signed Will, which I signed at home in front of Lucas and my next-door neighbour Carol'.
• Talia further told you that 'I don't need you to make me a new Will though because I sorted it.
