What are the legal issues for the below scenarios?

1. Frank had an oral agreement with Sam to sell 200 orange trees ($60 each) and then sent a signed note stating I confirm your order of 200 orange trees ($60 each). 5 days later, Sam tried to call Frank cancel the order, but only reached Ben, Franks employee who was just fired. Ben didnt tell Frank and six weeks have passed since the sale.

2. Frank had an oral agreement with Simon to plant 10 trees in Simon's garden and provide five special cares (once a month) after the 6 months planting for $2,000. Frank bought the tree at $60 each and materials for one treatment at $50. After 3 treatments, Simon backed out and paid Frank only $500.

3. Frank hires Bob to plant 10 apple trees in Steve's garden. The employee mistakenly planted pear trees. Steve saw it after the second tree but didn't stop Bob. After planting all the trees, Steve demanded Frank to keep the trees at a 50% discount or get rid of the pear trees and plant apple trees at a 25% discount.

4. Frank had an oral agreement with John to get John seven unusual trees for $7,000 in one month for extra $3,000. Frank ordered four trees at $500 each with $500 express shipping. John then called to cancel the order which made Frank mad because the trees may not be hard to resell, ordered the remaining three trees and demanded the $10,000 payment, but John refused.

5. Frank left his note on the desk that he would offer to buy a truck from his cousin for $5,000 which he knew he could not afford. James, his employee, saw it and remembered Frank telling him he would like to buy a truck, handing the note to Franks cousin. Frank was mad and came up with an idea to force James to quit knowing James is afraid of worms by letting James putting earthworms in the garden. James begged him, but he refused. As James was so afraid of worms, he accidentally opened a dog cage and caused it to chase Billy, a Xs company delivery guy nearby.
