What are the power ranks for the five forces listed below? (provide whether or not the identified 'powers' are high, low, etc., as directed by the Five Forces model)

1. Threat of new entrants: The children's clothing industry in Michigan is growing. Therefore, if a new company wants to enter in this industry, they have to take huge risks in order to gain high rewards and profits. So, the entry of a new company in the children's clothing sector is easy provided that the new company is willing to take high risks and offer their products at a lower price to attract a large section of target customers towards the brand.

2. Threat of substitution: The children's clothing sector in Michigan constitutes majorly of high-end children brands. So, such companies face a challenge from other competitors who are willing to offer their products at a lower price. Customers might shift to other clothing brands that offer lower prices.

3. Rivalry among competitors: Competitors in the children's clothing industry are numerous. But, due to the Code of Fair Competition applicable in the USA, companies need to practice fair trade practices like prohibition of hoarding, charging unreasonably high prices, avoid a creating monopoly and many others. These practices encourage fair competition in the children's clothing industry.

4. Bargaining power of suppliers: There are a large number of suppliers in the clothing industry. So, the bargaining power of suppliers is very weak in this industry. If a supplier charges a higher price, he will be abandoned by the industry and the companies will switch to other suppliers.

5. Bargaining power of customers: The consumer market for children's clothing constitutes around 14% of the population of Michigan, which is a significant section. If the consumers demand a lower price, the owner might not be able to recover even the cost of its products. This will happen if the bargaining power of customers is high in the market.
