What are the six pros and six cons for the below suggestion for water recycling?

I propose that holding ponds be constructed over the municipal aquifer. This would allow the reuse ofwastewater for appropriate agricultural uses while also keeping water demand in check. Along with using holding ponds to properly recycle wastewater, I propose a full-scale community effort to reduce water waste by ensuring all residents are devoted to water conservation use, electronics, and plumbing use. This includes inspecting and repairing our water management filter system to ensure that this important commodity is not wasted.
