What are the two errors in the bank reconciliation?

There are already two errors in the check register which is:

1.The deposit made on 3/24 of $640.00 made the balance $722.90, not 687.90 which was what was listed on the check register

2. Check 2041 was skipped, on 3/24 two payments were withdrawn #2040 and #2042, no check was recorded voided
