3. Watch the 24 minutes episode closely and answer the following questions:

a. Comment on the personality of Michael [You need to identify the personality traits that he possesses and explain them in the context of the tv show (Chapter 5)]

b. Comment on the motivation and satisfaction levels of Jim, Dwight, and Pam [Give reasons for satisfaction or dissatisfaction of each, you may apply/relate any suitable motivation theory (Chapter 3 and 7]

c. Briefly comment on the overall culture of the company

d. Comment on Michael's leadership style is it task-oriented or relationship-oriented. Do you think it is appropriate and will reap benefits for the organization? Give reasons. (Chapter 12)

e. Looking at the culture and attitudes of employees in the workplace, will you want to work for this company if you were Ryan? Why or why not?
