What are your thoughts on salary? If the employer is paying more wages for the employee do you think the extra cost will just be pushed to the consumers of the product? How would this effect the business an competitors in the same industry?

Regarding the good work environment. Having autotomy is the best. Do you think that this privileged is earned or automatically provided? What type of jobs would qualify for this structure? How would you follow up on the employee to make sure they are taking short cuts and providing the same degree of effort and output than a structure that did not allow workers to have autonomy in their job?
