To begin, a binomial distribution has conditions in which need to be met. Two possible outcomes, success or failure. Probability of success, fixed number of trials, independency of each trial of others. Looking at Four cards being randomly selected from deck of 52 cards without replacement, it does not meet the binomial distribution conditions.

Fixed number of trials, no independence because the outcome will change every time since cards aren't being replaced, dependent on success, probability changes each draw.
