What can I say back to my peer to add to the conversation? Consider the project management tasks you would manage if awarded the grant. List the people you would bring to your team and their roles in project implementation. Some people that I would need on my team are both office staff to do the paperwork side of the grant writing process, budget, continued communication and a construction management team who would complete the designated tasks of building and achieving the actual physical project from my written grant
