In the end the customer rushed to the sink and told the stylist to wash it out . The customer had burns on her scalp. She asked for a refund but the salon denied her. She suffered months with scabs on her head and pain and had to visit a doctor who prescribed a lotion to apply to her scalp and pain medication to take.
