Procedure: Sammie, a 16-year-old patient, was admitted and taken to the operative suite and placed under general anesthesia by inhalation. When adequate sedation was achieved, a 3.8-mm speculum was inserted into the left ear, wax removed, and speculum removed. The impacted tube was then removed.
