1. Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, new employees learned about the culture of the organization in-person through formal and informal organizational socialization processes. Since a significant number of newly hired employees are currently performing their work duties partially, or totally, remotely what can organizations do socialize new employees?

3. As a new or junior-level employee, do you think it would be advantageous for you to participate in a formal mentoring program offered by your employer? Briefly explain your response by stating some of the advantages (or disadvantages) of participating in a formal mentoring program.
