what do you agree with on all this paragraphs, should be a response of 50 words:

1. While it may seem that a minimum wage maintenance worker in a hospital only needs to focus on keeping the place clean, understanding broader organizational goals can still be beneficial. A strategy map provides clarity on how individual roles contribute to overarching objectives, fostering a sense of purpose and motivation among employees. For example, knowing that maintaining cleanliness contributes to patient satisfaction, which in turn affects the hospital's reputation and financial stability, can inspire the maintenance worker to perform their duties more diligently. Additionally, understanding organizational goals promotes a sense of belonging and encourages teamwork, as employees recognize their interconnectedness in achieving shared objectives. Therefore, even seemingly straightforward roles can benefit from understanding how their work aligns with broader organizational goals outlined in a strategy map.

2. I do think that a minimum wage maintenance worker in a hospital does need to understand the hospital goals. A strategy map shows how everyones roles, in this case in a hospital, is linked to each other and that it is important for everyone to do their part in order for that organization to be successful. If the maintenance worker does not understand the importance of keep the hospital clean than he will slack off and it is imperative to a hospital that it is properly clean and de-sanitized. Understanding the broader goals of the hospital and realizing their role is important will also motivate the employees to work harder at their jobs cause they know their job is important and that their work does not go unnoticed.

3. While being the middle person in a cost cutting strategy, it is important to stay true to the goals of the company. Some ways that can be implemented to avoid that situation is to make sure that those people that are the consequence of the cost cutting are being heard, and most importantly that the company is doing something to assist them in this transition. Unfortunately, what has to get done will, but there is always a nice way of doing things, and especially if the people involved have been a part of the company for a long time, it is important to guide them out and help them with providing different companies and supporting them. I would do exactly that, because I believe that we can all be kind and helpful and especially with tough decisions like cost cutting.

4. Implementing new strategies sometimes bring a negative response from your team in business because not everyone agrees with your ideas. If I was a manager that was trying to bring ideas to the table for cost cutting strategies and instead of my subordinates being receptive, they put up a resistance or hostility, I would try to breakdown the concept behind the decisions that are to be made. This situation could have been avoided if the team was aware of changes prior to its implementation. Speaking from experience, it is better for employees to be in the know about the growth and changes coming to the organization as it affects each individual in different ways. Moving forward, the company and I would try to do better with communication, so the team have an understanding and have an idea when and where changes would affect the daily running of the business.
