To identify what motivates you it can be helpful to think of a time you were very motivated to this high level of motivation. It also might be helpful to think of a time you were very un contributed to this lack of motivation $($feel free to share a story in your post$)$

Consider whether you respond more to intrinsic or extrinsic motivators. How do these tw work together to motivate you?

Consider what Dan Pink says about motivation, particularly the three drivers of motivatio what he says resonate with you?
