what do you think? After studying the year 5 and 6 production figures, we have seen an emerging trend that we have decided to incorporate into our production figures for year 7. This means we are utilising similar percentage decrease for whole apples and a similar increase for the apple juice and cider products as recorded between year 5 and 6, these numbers show a change in what our customers wish to purchase both privately and via our retailers. We are willing to meet the changing needs and requirements of our customers and will happily alter our production for year 7 to meet these changes. However as the overall production only marginally rises due to the sharp decrease in whole apple supply, we will only increase production by 3,315 across all our product ranges. To mitigate any potential risk of having surges in orders that we cannot fulfil, we have decided to utilise our contract with Hill Co-op who can supply a similar level of product, which tastes like our own. We have observed a rise in production costs and by producing additional produce (apple juice and cider) it allows ourselves to expand into these areas and gain additional market
