What do you want to know about women and leadership? What questions do you ask yourself? Whatpuzzles you? Excites you?

Then, choose a topic of interest related to the above (Human Services) and then do some research online. Pick one website, one YouTube video and one journal article and explain what you learned from each. Some students may select general topics related to women in leadership or if you currently work or plan to work in a specific industry, feel free to pursue that investigational route instead!

Explain using this format following the headers:

• Topic/Question investigated
• Website review
• YouTube review
• Journal article review
• Lessons learned

Explain each item and how it relates to your topic of interest in women and leadership. Then, for the last "lessons learned", explain everything all together to see how these items answered your question at the beginning.
