what guideline in supportive communication is violated well here's what I'm thinking. You probably need some help with my coaching style and my approach to selling so you know I want to help you I want to coach you in getting that done but you know I really think the problem is your attitude you lack the attitude is why the team is doing poorly as a whole. You're the team leader your team is a failing you know it's your responsibility to have them produce and the key to my strategy is it's pretty simple, so I don't know how much coaching you need it's just sell
