As a financial manager working at Delta Air Lines, it would be apriority to adjust the budget for the next year due to the Organization for Economic Co-operation Development (OECD) news about the financing changes and opportunities. Due to possible premium charges rising for export guarantees and it is becoming more expensive to finance planes having a strong cash budget plan would be best. I would expect the sales of an aircraft to increase due to the high demand because now airline companies no longer must worry about not getting approved for loans from their state lending agencies. The purpose is for an open market where airlines can choose who they want to do business with and be able to have a choice locally or globally.
