What has been your personal/professional experience when navigating through the formal and informal aspects of the workplace either past or present or both?

My answer so far....The formal aspects of my new work environment will be crucial for establishing a strongfoundation. With the policies, procedures, and regulations that have been created to govern the aspect of the job it will be up to me, whom has a strong work ethic to execute them in accordance. Having the formal aspect is vital in providing transparency.
