What was the most interesting thing about the topic? What kind of advancement opportunities exist for individuals just starting out? b. How does a formal education help in landing a job in the industry? i. Does it allow for higher initial position? ii. Does it have any effect at all on where you start off? What are the starting, median, and top salary for the desired position? What was the most uninteresting thing about the topic? a. Why was it uninteresting? b. Do others feel the same way (is there high turnover in that part of the industry)? Do you think you could do anything to make the uninteresting more interesting? 5. How do you see yourself obtaining a position in this facet of the industry? a. What are the steps you will take to land a job? b.
